I've written, edited, and updated thousands of articles for brands like Everyday Health, Greatist, Healthline, PsychCentral, Explore, Islands Magazine, California State Polytechnic University Humboldt, and University of California Santa Cruz.

With more than a decade of experience under my belt, I’m comfortable with each stage of the content pipeline—from pitch to production. No matter the angle, my goal is to create high-quality, engaging work that's clear, compassionate, and credible. Bylines aside, I have a bachelor’s in journalism, a master’s in marketing, and a genuine love of the craft.

Currently, I’m an updates editor at Everyday Health. When I'm not writing, you'll find me dreaming of my next road trip. I've been blessed to poke around more than half the states and a couple dozen countries so far.
